About Us

Kojo Asante is a professional businessman who has gained vast experiences in running businesses over the years from working and establishing companies which includes; Kamsak Ltd, Imagin and Fusion, Mantle Group Company Ltd and Kamsak Gold Reagents LLC (USA).
He is an alumnus of University of Ghana where he had his Tertiary education and Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School, Legon for his secondary education. He is married to Evelyn Asante and they both have two children.

Paul Asare Ansah comes to Well Tech Fluids Africa with his vast experiences in management and communications. He is the immediate past Director General of the Ghana Ports and Harbor Authority and has also served as a technical advisor at the Ministry of Transport, Ghana.

His diligence and his excellent approach to work has won him several awards and accolades which includes; Public Relations Personality of the Year- 2016, Second Best Chief Executive Officer of the Year- 2017, Significant Maritime Achiever of the Year- 2017, International Crystal Achievement Award for Incorruptible Leadership- 2018, Best Maritime and Ports Chief Executive of the Year- 2018, J.B. Danquah Eastern Corporate Leadership Personality of the Year- 2018, Ultimate Leadership Excellence Award- 2019 and Community Impact Personality of the Year- 2019 among others.

He was awarded a Bachelors’ degree in 1988 at the University of Ghana and has to his credit several post graduate qualifications which includes; Post Graduate degree in Communication Studies, University of Ghana, Post Graduate Diploma in Port Administration, Galilee College, Israel, Post Graduate Diploma in Port Management, JICA Institute, Yokohama, Japan and UNCTAD Post Graduate Diploma in Senior Port Management, Dublin, Ireland all of which were awarded in 1993, 1997, 2003 and 2016 respectively. He holds an Executive MBA which was awarded in 2015.

His philosophy in life is to always put your best foot forward in all your endeavors. He is married with three children.

Nana Akua Serwaa Yeboah graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and the University of Westminster with a Master of Science in Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology.
She has worked with the Food and Drugs Authority, Ghana for a number of years and has risen through the ranks to become a Principal Regulatory Officer.
Nana Akua is a staunch Christian and believes that, if it must be done, it must be done excellently.

Patience Christine Manful is a Mechanical Engineer by profession.
Miss Manful who earned her Bachelors’ degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and a Master of Science in Engineering and Management has since worked in roles as Regional Energy Manager at Gold Fields Ghana limited, Technical Officer at the Volta River Authority (VRA), Ghana, Mechanical Engineer at the Takoradi Thermal Power Station (VRA) and also as a Trainee Sales Engineer at PASICO Ghana limited. Her experiences gained her the opportunity to be the Lead Auditor for ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems).
Aside her Bachelors’ and Masters degrees, she holds ICM certificates in Human Resource Management and Strategic Marketing Management.
She is a YALI fellow and a proud HOPSAN (Holy Child School alumna). She enjoys reading and watching movies when she is not working.

Clarus Kwofie is a marketing professional with many years of experience gained from his previous role as the team lead for Marketing and Business Intelligence.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Master of Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing from the Methodist University College, Ghana and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Charted Institute of Marketing- UK (CIM-UK).
He is a proud “Odade3” (alumnus of PRESEC-Legon) and a staunch member of the International Cental Gospel Church (ICGC). At his leisure time, he watches movies and spends time with his family.

Leslie Oku is a fully licensed Lawyer in Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Professional law certificate from the Ghana School of Law.
He previously worked in roles as Production manager for Phyto-riker Pharmaceuticals and KAS LTD, Adminitrative manager for Rainbow Transport International Ltd and a Legal Associate at Pebble Law Consult. Currently, he is the managing partner of Orient Law Consult.
He is an “Odade3” (PRESEC-Legon alumnus).

Sandra Owusuaa Akuffo had her Bachelors’ degree in Sociology and Linguistics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon.
She served as the Clients’ Experience Manager during the early years of the company.
She is an alumna of Aburi Girls’ Senior High School and enjoys traveling and baking during her leisure time.

Fiifi Banson is an award winning radio presenter here in Ghana with over 25years of experience in communications and media practice.
